Praharshi Jay is an accomplished HR consultant with over 8 years of diverse experience in human resources management. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Open University in the UK, Praharshi also earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota from USA, followed by a Master’s in Employment Relations from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Praharshi is a Certified HR Professional (CPHR) who has successfully partnered with Corporations, Financial institutions, Adult learning and Continuing education institutions, First Nations organizations, fostering strong relationships and gaining valuable insights into their unique needs and challenges. Currently, Praharshi also serves on the HR Advisory Committee for the First Nations Public Service Secretariat, where she provides strategic guidance and support to enhance HR practices in the public service sector.
